Common Questions

Can I Review My Renewal Before Choosing Next Year's Plan?

Yes. Have your renewal notice and current plan details handy for a comparison. You do not need to cancel your coverage to request a review.

Can I Request a Review Before Open Enrollment Starts?

Yes. You can start planning early. Requesting a review does not enroll you; enrollment deadlines and eligibility still apply.

Is This Review Only for People Receiving a Subsidy?

No. You can request a review whether you receive financial assistance or pay the full premium yourself.

Can I Review Coverage for My Whole Family?

Yes. Let us know you need a household review so your spouse and children's coverage needs are part of the conversation.

Do I Need Tax Returns or Medical Records to Submit the Form?

No. The initial form asks for contact and basic coverage information. Any later application requirements depend on the plan.

Does Submitting This Form Enroll Me in Insurance?

No. It requests contact from KHS about a coverage review. Choosing and applying for a plan happen separately.

Compare Coverage and Cost

Marketplace plans are private insurance. Outside the Marketplace, some plans are ACA-compliant; others use medical underwriting and may exclude pre-existing conditions, cap benefits, or cover fewer services. A lower premium does not mean equivalent coverage.

Compare what each plan covers, excludes, and could cost when you need care.

Protection for today. Confidence for tomorrow.

Korbos Health Solutions LLC is an independent insurance agency, not a government agency. Services are available where licensed. Availability, eligibility, premiums, benefits, exclusions, underwriting, and enrollment rules vary by state and plan. Non-ACA products may lack ACA protections. Limited-benefit and fixed-indemnity policies do not replace comprehensive major medical coverage. Savings, approval, and effective dates are not guaranteed. Keep existing coverage until any replacement is approved, effective, and understood.
